- 100% Speciality Grade Arabica Coffee - We only import and roast microlots graded 80 and above according to Speciality Coffee Association guidelines. Not only does this ensure the quality of the coffee that you get in your cup but it also ensures that we are only selling coffee that has been ethically sourced and represents a fair trade deal for the producers.
- Suitable for all immersion brew methods - This coffee works equally well when made using a Cafetiere, French Press, stove top Moka pot or pour-overs such as Chemex and Hario V60s.

Colombia Gran Galope This is a beautiful example of a Colombian pulped natural or honey-processed coffee from the Huila region of Colombia. Coffee from Huila accounts for more than 15% of Colombia's total production and more than 300,000 people depend upon the coffee crop for their income in this region. The majority of the coffee here is produced by smallholders operating in cooperatives that ensure a sustainable system that improves the quality of life of farmers and their families. Our Roasting Ethos We have roasted this coffee to accentuate the highlights of its natural flavours. In the cup you can expect a well-balanced acidity offset against a mellow brown sugar sweetness with hints of chocolate, toffee and raspberry.
