Yep these are super thick !!! Love them

I bought them for a dog shelter. We put each dog’s harness in it, and clip it to their kennel or outdoor pen. We cut a corner off so the rain water can drain out. It works very well.

Truly waterproof. High quality PVC. I wanted to give it 5 stars but I had to take away one star because you can see through only 1 side of protector sheet. The back side is opaque. I was hoping to put 2 sheets per protector. I was disappointed about that, however, I will be buying more based on the excellent quality of product.

Dimensions are to large for standard folder, binder or filing. I went ahead and ordered thinking i could trim the horizontal side unfortunately the seal is at the far edge so that doesn’t work as a fix. Only useful if you plan to store loose in a box or bag. a full inch could be removed from sides by the manufacturer and then this product would be a good buy no other sellers currently have correct dimensions either. Should have just bought ziplock bags instead for the waterproofing hope this saves someone time and money

The item was very heavy duty. Much better than I expected. Crystal clear on one side allows great readability.

Portrait Holder (see below for Landscape Holder)This will hold an 8.5 x 11 inch paper but it will ruin the edges or cause whatever you put into to be curled or wrinkled to put it in. The opening is exactly 8.5 wide and I tried to get a single sheet in and it ruined the edges of the sheet. They need to make it 8.6 or 8.7 so the opening can slip in a 8.5 x 11 sheet without destroying your document or causing grief to make it go it.I like the document holder and it's very well made as far as material. The complaint that it is hard to open is wrong. The complaint that it wouldn't bend is wrong, it's plastic and flexible. Landscape HolderYou would think it’s a similar design with a similar issue, but rotated by 90 degrees. It’s not.An 8.5 x 11 inch slips in easily but there is a limit of approximately 2.5mm thickness of paper before it could start being an issue securing the zip lock to keep out dirt and moisture. The number of sheets will depend on your paper weight but I could fit 30 sheets of paper in it.If they could make 0.1 inch wider on the 8.5 inch side, I think it would make a world of difference.The material for the landscape holder is similar to the horizontal holder and it is as flexible and easy to use the portrait holder.As long as you don’t mind the landscape orientation I think it’s a better and less destructive product on the paper you put into it.
