Likely bad design/hardware due to simultaneous failure of multiple displays.
ordered 3, two of which have now failed after 1 year of use, and at nearly the same time. On both, they act like a 'stuck key on a keyboard' , systems they are connected to are unusable while the USB is plugged into computer, with menus immediately closing when opened, even the on screen displays to change input (built into monitor) will not open as it thinks you are touching outside the menu. 2 stars due to heavy use for a year, not restaurant level. Would not recommend for a restaurant, we use these for video playback kiosks. Even after the failures, we have ordered more, as they are the size and style we need, but expect to replace them again in a year-
