Better quality than expected for the price I paid. They are good tools to keep my hands occupied while quiting smoking.

I was a little unsure about this kit. I was in need of a hand grip to strength my wrist. I purchased a separate hand grip which ended up being a bit small for my hands, so I took a chance on this kit.For the price, and everything you get, this is one of the best values for hand grips on Amazon! The main grip exerciser with the counter is WAY better than the smaller ones I purchased prior. It's really well made. The egg is a bit small but decent, and the ring is excellent! The finger exerciser is a throw away. It was bad, I mean really bad. So if you are looking at this for the finger exerciser for than I would pass. I literally threw that piece in the garbage.So why the 5 stars? Because for what you get in this kit (minus the finger exerciser), it's simply great! The main hand grip is worth the price itself. If you find this one on sale, don't hesitate to pick this up!

Nice little kit, nothing fancy but does the trick. For the price a good purchase and would recommend.

6 months ago, son asked for this for his birthday (26) and I found this on Amazon. Now 6 months later he tells us he's using it every day at work and really happy with it. He was so effusively happy that I had to write a review. It's nice when a gift is really appreciated, and this one was.

Low quality plastic devices. However they do the job pretty good. If you are looking to workout your grip strength as an amateur, these should do the job a a reasonable price.

I bought this primarily for the grip strength device - the other 4 items were sort of a bonus! I'm not certain how much we'll use the other 4 items, but they make pretty good stress fidgets even if I'm not using regularly for grip strength.Like many people, as I've gotten older I've noticed my hands are not as strong as they once were. Things are harder to open than they used to be. I knew this would be an easy and inexpensive way to improve strength in my hands. I've also had my son (13) using it. He plays baseball and he wanted to improve his hand strength to make opening and closing his glove and his catchers mitt a little easier - those new ones can be tricky to get fully broken in.What I like about this model is the adjustable feature. On the lowest setting I can do plenty of squeezes, but I'd imagine on it would be challenging for older or weaker individuals. On the highest setting, I can barely close it. I really like this range of resistance, because you can continue to get stronger and challenge yourself more, or you can allow multiple family members to use it at the setting that is right for them. There's also a counter that tracks how many squeezes you've done - it goes 0-99. I don't mind counting in my head, but my son thinks it's a cool feature.I'm please with the purchase.

This product works very well. You get what you would expect. The only problem you might have is figuring out how some are mne tto be used. Other than that, this product works perfectly fin, and it Is very durable. Some of the peices that are made that look weak because it's plastic and rubber, it's acually very strong and I was shocked.

Found the barrier to entry with starting quite hard. As in you kind already need strong hands to use it. but still fun.
