I really like that it has plenty of pockets for a variety of stuff. I've used this all the time at work to carry pen, paper, etc. and it has been quite handy. I can also rest easy because the stuff it carries for me has almost never fallen out when I'm working. As for the belt, it can be tedious to put it through the belt loops and doing/undoing it every time, but it's way better than having it hang around your waist and risk it sliding around when you move. Although you can adjust the strap's length, I find that it can get caught in the belt loop and accidentally lengthen the strap when you try to take it off. Of course you can readjust it again, it's just be a minor inconvenience.The product's overall good and I appreciate its usefulness.

I like the product. I do wish the pockets were a little bigger to hold my equipment as I am a nurse and use this item while working, attempting to stuff all things in it...temporal thermometer, pulse ox, blood pressure wrist cuff, pens, etc. I give 3 stars 1 less than 5 because I wish pockets were larger and 1 less than 4 because it took over a month to deliver.

It is a nice pouch, but the snap was broken when it arrived. Otherwise, I like it a lot. Lots of pockets for all my tools & pens.
