These are the best quality I've seen. I love the steel reinforced rims, the well fitting lids, the thick silicone body, their flexibility that allows food to readily release, and the easy to read portion marks built into the silicone. All the various portioned trays are one consistent overall size. They stack beautifully in the freezer (or in the cabinet between uses) They can be easily cleaned in the dishwasher but I often want to use them again immediately and can't wait to run the dishwasher.These 2Tbsp sized ones are perfect for freezing leftover tomato paste since many recipes call for that amount and if you open the can... They also makes it easy to keep real lemon, lime, or orange juice on hand in the freezer.I love this brand so much I've bought them as gifts (particularly in the one cup size) for multiple friends and family members. If you cook, you need these in every size!

I can’t say enough good things about this product! I have arthritic hands and even I can easily manage getting the cubes out. I don’t have an ice maker and detest the old fashioned trays. These are durable as hec, easy to use, stackable and versatile. I do a lot of food prepping and find that my pesto and garlic freezes well in this smaller size. I use the 1/2 cup size to freeze my beaten eggs in. Also, I can make ice cubes in the 1/2 cup size and fit 2 of them in my hydro flask to stay hydrated all day. I use the 1 cup size to freeze my soups and make ice cubes to use when I’ve blanched my fruits and veggies and need to put them in an ice bath. You’re only limited by your imagination! I wish this company well for designing a beautiful and useful product. Btw I just ordered some for my son as well. You’re going to love these too!!

I was skeptical and thought this would probably sit in a drawer unused. I was soooo wrong. I bought the 2 tablespoon molds and they are fantastic. I use them all the time for small portion things I want to freeze like leftover tomato paste, pesto, tomato sauce, stock, even small amounts of chopped bell peppers. Items pop right out with ease. I store my frozen items in freezer bags to save space and so I can reuse my trays. Dishwasher does a perfect job of cleaning them. I will never go back to my old method of measuring out items on foil to pre-freeze ever again! I am buying other sizes as well as giving as a brilliant appreciated gift. Don’t hesitate, these are way better than expected.

I love these silicone freezer molds. I already had a version that stores 1-cup (for soups and such), but I needed this smaller version for small amounts of pesto, sauce, etc. Really well-made and so easy to use and remove the cubes' contents.

Silicone itself has a slight odor but food stored in them doesn't. So it's a convenient storage item! Stores tomato paste, pancake/waffle batter, garlic or ginger portions, half and half or heavy cream and pesto cubes. Not to mention coffee ice cubes in the summer. Herbs cubes. So many amazing possibilities. Of course this size can be replaced by ice cubes, but it's very easy to use and has many applications.

I use this to freeze things like Pesto into smaller portions. It works fabulous. If you need to store more than a containers worth, pop them out and drop them into a freezer ziploc bag. It works WAY better than using your ice cube trays. Whenever I used my ice trays, my Ice would taste garlicy after that, this solves the problem. Cleans great in the dishwasher. Also works great for freezing leftover tomato paste from the jar, small amounts of pasta sauce, pureed garlic, etc.

It's cheaper for me to buy lemons in bulk at Costco versus buying them individually like a normal human. However, I do not use the lemons fast enough and they used to rot on my counter. Since I mainly use them to flavor my water and teas -- enter Souper Cubes. I already had the larger ones that I used for leftover soups and sauces, but when I saw that they had smaller versions, I thought they'd be perfect for making lemon ice cubes. I prefer Souper Cubes since it's easy to measure in them. I am well aware that I could have done this with just a regular ice cube tray.They work so well for the lemons that I have also used them to make ice cubes with berries frozen in them, as well as freezing orange and grapefruit juices that I add to my sparkling water. I can keep them in my freezer until I need them and they're great for my summer drinks and teas. I even have used it to preserve tomato paste, but tomatoes stain the silicone, so I line the cubes with plastic wrap first.These are great for freezing small amounts of liquid (each cube holds up to 2 tablespoons of liquid). I highly recommend the rest of their line as well. The cubes are easy to freeze and pop out, and the container itself is easy to clean. You do need a flat surface to allow the cubes to freeze because the lid is DEFINITELY not spill-proof. I personally use them to freeze leftovers so I don't have a bunch of rotting food in my fridge -- it helps me to avoid food waste.

very practical, a little too expensive. I use it to freeze portions of fresh parsley, coriander, celery etc.

We really love the souper cube products and have purchased the various sizes. This one is really nice for pesto, demi glace, lemon or lime juice or flavoured ice cubes for your drinks. The only drawback of a firm hard plastic lid is that it adheres and it hard to remove if a little of your liquid spills out. It feels like it'll break if you try to pull it away from the base so it's best to run it under a bit of warm water to dislodge.

These are really wonderful. They remind of the quality we saw in the Tupperware line. If you need silicone 'Tupperware' this is highly recommended.

I won't lie, these are pricey for the intended use, but the quality is far beyond the cheaper items and I know this will last a long time. Totally worth it as far as I am concerned.
