They were what I wanted. They were delivered the day after ordering.

Despite the description and any claims, these are awful, rubbishy balls. They often do not meet BISFED or BE specifications, and may get you a yellow card for trying to use them at a tournament. They are much too hard and roll forever even after a good while playing them in. Because of their hardness they are often not spherical and thus wander all over the place, deviating embarrassingly. Avoid them like the plague. If you have a set, weigh them and see the deviation from the allowed weight! There are much better balls available cheaper from the sport governing body. Use these only to put people off of playing Boccia for life. They are impossible to control.
