Sofia and Sam + Multi Tasking Memory Foam Lap Desk (Black Top) - Supports Laptops Up to 15 Inches

Nice and strong. My laptop currently lives on this and doesn't sit on any other surface. Mouse pads are decent quality.

I've been looking for just the right lap desk for months, and I'm so glad I picked this one! It's good-looking and sturdy, and not only does it fit my 15" laptop with room to spare, but I really like that I can keep my phone nearby as well. I didn't expect there would be a space at the bottom of the phone slot to fit a charge cord through; that was a nice surprise. The mouse pad is a dense foam, so the mouse slides nicely but does not easily slip off if the desk tilts a little.It is not lightweight, but I was not planning to use it while traveling so it doesn't matter to me. The foam on the bottom is very comfy to rest on my lap. I tend to find wrist cushions a bit too high for my comfort, but this one is about the same height as my laptop, which works for me.I do suffer from carpal tunnel, and between the foam on the bottom, the space for the mousepad to slide in and out, the desk surface itself, and the laptop, the total height at which my hands rest can be a little high and makes my hands go to sleep. I have to make sure I'm sitting up tall to keep my wrists in a comfortable position. When I slouch back into the couch is when I have problems. I'm not going to count that against the desk, though.

I got this from Prayles. The quality of the item is really good, despite the description it fits a 17'' laptop perfectly. It's very comfortable and has a sturdy mouse pad on the side. The item that was delivered to me also has a USB LED light.Initially I decided to return the item due to the "up to 15'' laptop" spec. To my request, the seller replied immediately with pictures of a 17'' laptop on the item, explaining that it fits a bit tight, but comfortably. I didn't regret trusting Prayles judgement, as the item is alright for my laptop.

Love this thing, needed something with a side mouse pad and this works well. I use it for either a 13" HP or a 17" Alienware and both fit wonderfully to my surprise. My only complaint would be I don't like the space taken up by the cell phone slot holder, I would rather have a little more mouse pad since the pad isn't large enough. I know it needs to tuck away inside the base, but I personally just don't want that phone slot taking up space. The product is well worth the money to me.

I'm extremely impressed with the lap desk from Sofia + Sam. My MacBook Pro (13 inches) and iPhone fit perfectly with no issues. The table top (black) looks great and the material is strong. I like the padding for the mouse and how the extension pulls out from the left and right sides. The foam sitting on top of my legs is soft and I find it doesn't feel heavy, even after a few hours of working. The foam under my wrists are great for typing. I also like the fact that there is a soft handle for carrying around. I'm very happy with my purchase and will defiantly consider buying again in the future.
