You get exactly what is advertised
About as large as a 1000watt Fog Machine, but heavier and MUCH louder. I can't fault the machine for being loud since all snow machines are, but you should be aware that loud here means LOUD. About as loud as a leaf blower. If you can get passed that, it does what it says it does. The "ice" looks realistic falling and it remains realistic after it has fallen. Given some time it even looks like real melted ice before it completely vanishes (about an hour). The "ice" if you aren't aware are very fine bubbles that just don't pop nearly as quickly as traditional bubbles.

Loud but cute
For the price, I guess it was worth it. Very loud and doesn’t shoot snow too far but still did the trick for a Christmas in July party.
