We're all trying to teach our kids to never give up, to persist through difficulty and to maintain hope in the face of constant frustration. This wonderful children's book uses the story of the Chicago Cubs to teach this important lesson. Despite their many setbacks, they never gave up and eventually won the World Series! I especially love the history in this book. Children learn a lot about the history of their favorite team. Even if you didn't grow up watching the Cubs, the lesson of the story is timeless. This is a perfect book for children.

What a GREAT book! I'm not sure who will be more excited when it's time for me to give it as a gift....me (NaNa) or my (soon to be 5 yr old) grandson Tyler. He's such a Cubs fan that he has memorized ALL the Cubs players first and last names and is now asking what their middle names are....LOL! His bedroom is completely decked out with everything Chicago Cubs and this book will be a great addition. This book is a MUST HAVE for any age Cubs fan out there.....great story, lots of history, with lots of misc Cubs info in the back. If you're on the fence on buying this book.....It's worth it.....BUY IT......IT'S AWESOME!

Go, Cubs, Go is a colorful, engaging book with a lot of facts. For Cubs fans, it's a cute addition to their library--and so timely!

I am a diehard Cubs fan for over 50 yrs. I enjoyed reading it. I can't wait to read it to my grandchildren in the future.

Great for telling a little cubs history

I purchased this book as a gift for a young Cub fan. I read it myself before I gave it to him and so enjoyed the read. Marc Leavy did a great job. I recommend the book to everyone-no matter what their age.

Endearing story of perserverance. Makes anyone who reads it a Cubs fan. Great story as told by Marv Levy Illustrated to perfection. And the History of the Cubs to add perspective.

Bought this for my 5 year old Cub fan grandson so he can learn some of our Cubbie history.
