Broighter GOLD Rapeseed Oil - Garlic Infused 250ml

I bought both the garlic infused oil and the chilli infused oil - wow, the best oils I have ever cooked with !!! Lovely full yet delicate flavours, perfect for for stirfrys and anything where you need the flavour without the usual oily coating of your food from lesser quality oils. I purchased them after seeing a TV programme when a well-known Chef visited the factory and he gave an excellent review. I was a little concerned about the cost, but thought I would give them a try anyway......Superb quality, worth every penny. Super-quick delivery, excellent service. I shall certainly be buying again.

I bought this as an alternative to my usual garlic infused olive oil, which I use in cooking and to drizzle over pizzas and pasta, whilst it gives off a pleasant enough aroma when heated it lacks the punch of garlic that I'm used to.Perfect I guess if you prefer a more subtle approach. But not really for me.

I’ve used the oil for frying, roasting and in salad dressings. The oil is so versatile and great tasting. I highly recommend.

I usually buy my garlic-infused oils from the supermarket but thought I'd try this. Compared to any garlic-infused oil I have ever used before, this was... just oil. It has no discernible garlic taste or smell.
