Strips work
Strips work but you need to be fasted for at least 36 hours (in my case at least).

Don't Buy! They stop working after a few months.
Bought September 2024, used for a few months. Top was tightly closed and the moisture collector was still in the package. Went to use them again March of 2025 and all strips were purple. Expiration date on the box is 2027. Didn't last 6 months. There's 200 strips in the bottle and they didn't even last 200 days. Unbelievable!!!

I Like This Brand Of Urine Ketone Test Strips
I’ve been using a bottle of these for about two months - they have worked great. I still have about 30, and will order more once I need more. These give you a good indicator of whether or not my body is burning fat. Not 100% accurate, but no urine ketone test is.I had a week where they didn’t show anything, and I wondered if they went bad, but after that, they worked fine. I think I just wasn’t burning ketones that week.

Simple and Effective
After being off keto for a year, I'm ready to start again, and these strips make it so much easier to track my progress. They’re super simple to use—just dip and go. The results come quickly and clearly, easy to monitor my ketosis levels every day to make sure I stay on track with my diet.What really caught my attention is that these strips are advertised as having the longest life in the industry. I've had other brands that went bad within a few months of opening, so I’m hoping these live up to the claim. Ideally, they should stay accurate for at least 200 days of using all 200 strips. Anyway, the strips seem reliable so far.

Didn’t last very long
Not sure what happened but they were stored in a cool, dark, dry place with the cap on tight, tried to use them a month later & they weren’t white anymore & didn’t respond in testing. They were not expired.
