Great Beginners Guide
The reasons for 5 stars is because this book is simple and direct. You need the basics before moving on to more complicated techniques. This book delivers in that respect. Keep it simple.

Cool Name, however when he uses the term basic
Cool Name, however when he uses the term basic, it is very very basic. The book itself is a tiny slip of an instruction manual, the pictures don't show enough of any detail, and though the written descriptions are both very clear very concise, they are so concise they only cover what moves to perform, and he forgets to write 'why' they are useful. For example he mentions the term Q.M. and informs you how to move your body. he does state how Q.M is really good grounding for balance. So I could recommend investing in this book to supplement a back to basics approach and expand on any other parkour books, however don't buy it alone as your sole guide to parkour.
