I only have a small garden and I grow in about 12 gallon pots also. My spring time seedling growth is not that many, my setup is kinda small but what I really like is after my seedling get about 6 to 8 inches tall I put them on a different shelf with these lights above (for a week or two) and the UV and IR really help to "condition" the seedlings to the bright full spectrum of the sun while they're still inside --- making transitioning outside much easier.

I had one last Winter and moved it to my kitchen for the plants there. I found these that can have two together for the den plant rack. I put them on a timer and they are doing great.

I wish there was a setting to adjust the brightness

light works well on my plants. only problem so far is the goose neck is a bit flimsy and you have to position it just rite to keep in place.

When I first bought these, they were great but a year in one of them does not even work anymore, and I have no way of contacting the seller now. Not happy at all.
