It's more of a medicine so obviously, it will work for everyone differently and only if they have the defficiency. I was having low energy for a few months and my GP just said it must be form the mental health issues in lockdown. Both things probably reinforced each other but I tried this as having a suspition of B definiciency and it helped a lot. These pills seem quite a bit stronger than many others so I was a little afraid but it was just what I needed at that moment.

Wanted a combination of vitamin B Complex (plus B-12) with vitamin C - No unnecessary additions.This product is clearly thoughtfully produced; and whilst I can’t immediately comment on its benefits, the quality & care invested in it is both evident and appreciable. I’m happy whilst newly taking them.

It feels like it is too strong. Be careful if you're taking it in conjunction with other supplements.The pigmentation will also change your pee color, so be ready to get used to that.

I’ve had b complex before from a different company and these are beyond DISGUSTING!!!! I’ve opened them once for 5 seconds to get the capsule out and they have stank up my entire kitchen!!!!!!!! Beyond furious and don’t even want them anymore! Save your money!!!
