I have had two of these brackets. They look great and are very versatile. The issue I have had with both is that the metal threaded cylinder fails - the threads just break under pressure. Once it's broken, there's nothing you can do unless you want to hunt for a new threaded retainer. I did this and found quality steel ones - Happy days...a £2.00 more. Unfortunately, the strew shafts are made of the same soft metal as the retainers and faced with the strong steel threads, the shaft just de-threaded.The material in these cheap brackets is not up to the task of holding a cycle light firm and in place and that compromises my safety. I will go back to the snorkal type bracket with a regular strew and nut fixing.

EDIT 3 weeks ;later with only 2 days use the nut and threads are stripped -with light use - absolute ****great but clip don't open completely with the levers unless you wind them for 10 times so I expoxy resined the orange grips into the clips and jobs a good un , I just flip the top clip and waggle the torch in

It falls apart when you put it on. Complete rubbish. I’d send it back but I can’t find all the pieces.

It works for gripping an extra light to a light stand.

Poor plastic quality.Used it once and the threads went. Poor quality there too.

This item great for when you buy a bike torch and the stand holder is useless highly recommend this it's done me proud so far no more trying to hold your torch up while riding on road or off road still no torch movement wish I could off got this in the blue but don't mind at all because it does the job
