Q: Does this help kill ICK

Any product that contains Garlic such as this will help prevent Ick! None of the foods serve as remedies if you have an ick break out. If you have an ick problem you'll have to use the right remedy for your specific setup. If you have fish only there are many products that will kill ick and not the fish. If you have a reef tank you will have to use products such as Ick X in low dosages. Another remedy for ick is to catch you fish and place them in fresh water for about 5 minutes. This will kill the ick but the fish can usually survive the treatment. If you can't catch the fish due to a reef tank you will have to treat with medicine very carefully because the same products that kill ick can kill your Corals as well. If you do treat a reef tank make sure you have fresh saltwater on hand. If you see your corals staring to die.. you've added to much medicine and will have to do a water change to dilute your meds. My clownfish love it , I crush the pellets for the smaller clowns. yes it is saltwater recipe.
