Have had hemroids and struggling to find comfortable ice pack. These are amazing! They are still soft enough you can move them into the shape you need. They are cold for about 10-15 mins. I wish would stay colder longer.

These ice packs work great postpartum. They don‘t stay cold for a very long time but they freeze quick and have a good shape. I found them to be a little bit too long and actually folded a part in. They do the job though.

Does the job. Used it for my sciatica. I didn’t use the sheath it came with and I used for too long so it burned my back. So, always use the sheath for long use.
