I have used this for 3 years. Plastic case broke. This has protected from dropping.

This case is easy to wipe clean and easy to install on your Fire. I didn't get on with the screen protector, though, and finally removed it. You need to close the case carefully to ensure the magnets are aligned and it stays shut. I'm used to cases that automatically close and opens your Fire's screen but it's a simple matter to use the button yourself. The only problem I find is that I need to check the alignment before using the camera as one of the lenses is sometimes partly obscured. It seems a sturdy case for the price and looks quite smart.

I bought this for me new Amazon Fire tablet. This fitted well and looked attractive. There was a good choice of colours and I chose pink which is very pretty. It came with a cleaning cloth and a plastic screen protector. I particularly like that it had an elastic slot for holding a stylus. I found this very useful. It was reasonably priced and overall it was a good buy.

Lots of lovely features on this Fire HD 8 and the picture is A1+++. It takes a while to get used to after using an Ipad but is relatively easy after practice. It is difficult to download onto the SD card - the reason I bought this - as there a no proper instructions and many downloads, especially from Amazon, expire after a while. Not sure still how to cast from the Fir HD 8 but I daresay I will learn one day.Internal memory poor because only able to download one film before moving it to the SD card - warned when this happens. Haven't read books yet as I have a kindle and an Ipad to do this from - really wanted the Fire HD 8 for watching films on. So anyone reading this review who can give me tips on downloading and casting - advice gratefully received.

This case fits my Kindle HD 8 just nicely. It has two ways of propping it up at an angle for reading. The portrait method is a little too sharp an angle for my liking, but the landscape method is perfect. I like the magnetic clasp to the cover as well.As a nice bonus, there was a screen protector included as well as a cleaning cloth.Techgear's delivery speed was exceptional - my item arrived faster than my other Amazon order and came either the next day, or the day after ordering !!
