These shoes seem like a full package: appealing design, low weight & great price. More than that, even the nice breathability of the upper, quite soft sole deserves commendation. All seems great until You actually start wearing them for a couple of days.First of all, they're by one size too small. Secondly, they are really tight so I wouldn't recommend them for people with wider feet. Next, the outer sole: slip resistant, yet all it takes to slip is a bathroom tiles with a bit of water. Comfort suffers by too little cushioning around the heel - blisters are inevitable there. Last but not least, the insole is so basic, I immediately replaced it with Scholl's.Overall? These shoes are all about the looks and breathability, with everything else made poorly or plain terribly. I would recommend them only as a casual shoes for a sitting work, definitely not for 8-hour walking shifts. The more/faster You walk, the more pain they will inflict.

Little bit gutted really. They're very comfy shoes for work, but God forbid you should get any moister on the soles.......because the constant squeaking with every step will drive you insane! So, alas, they're now in the bin =(Pros: Comfy. Good fit. Look nice too.Cons: Moisture on the soles will:a) not improve your Ninja skills,b) ruin your chances of joining the SAS,c) possibly lead to self harming.

Purchased for my dad (50+) Hes a fencer and has been using these for past 3 weeks and says they are very comfortable. Very light weight and ideal for the summer.
