unhappy long time customer
This item arrived in time was so badly packed it was damaged, arranged a replacement with no trouble, but the second item was more damaged than the first, very disapointed as this was a present for someone. Decided to cancel the order and return 2 broken items, did get an apolgy but did not seem to be bothered about the inconvinence that this has caused me i have had to wait in for three days to accept and return these items. I am not happy about the service i have received with this order, I did point out that the packaging was not good and that is why the goods were damaged on the first occasion, but no improvement on the second package. These items should have been well protected and handle with care on the box as it was a expensive piece of equipment.

Ccosmetic surgery!
Much quieter than my older Chanson 48. I found this was caused by the very thick material covering the treble key valves! Take the cover off and hear the didderenceThe bass notes are MUCH improved. though. Really deep bass. Supplied with good straps and very good carry case. WARNING. When they say cosmetic flaws, they mean that mechanically they need attention. Mine arrived with a permanently open bass reed and two sticking treble keys. The problem with the keys were burrs on the front edge of the keys. Removing them in site with a piece of glass paper rectified this. The sticking bass reed needed a little CAREFUL internal juggling. Considering the large discount you can't complain! I have been very pleased with its old Chinese cousin the Chanson. It is in use three to four hours a day in all weathers and has performed almost flawless. Chinese accordions from this stable are very good value and not junk. The next day delivery byDPD was flawless the delivery information was superb. They keep you totally informed. GREAT service. Look on You tube at some of the Hobgoblin videos Marks playing on this accordion makes my efforts look very poor!

Arrived broken
The Accordion sadly arrived broken, not because of packaging as previous reviews state this time!One key just does not work (F) and the couplers do nothing.Amazon also made it difficult to return due to its size! Avoid this!
