What my doctor ordered for my pronation. Very comfortable. Def relief on my feet and overstretched Achilles tendon.

I have very flat feet, no arches. As a result, I have had extreme tendinitis in both arches to the point I could barely walk or exercise. My PT put these in my shoes, fired them to my arches using heat(like a blow dryer) to mold them to my feet. Now I just wear them the way they come with no adjustment. They have been life-chargers for me. Have used them for 3 years. I get a new pair every year because I wear the tops out because I wear them with all my shoes. I used to pay as much as $1200 for orthotics. Even if you have to have a physical therapist fit them to your feet the price of this and one dr visit will beat any other orthotic. I would recommend working with a professional the first time go get the right fit for you. But it saved me $ and changed my life!
