I’m giving 3 stars because my guinea pig seems to like it. It arrived with a broken ramp. I called the company to see if I could get another ramp and got a voicemail option. Never heard back from the company. Before buying this I bought 7 guinea pig hideouts (flat top with window) which are very nice quality and cute also by the same company. As for the one after 3 months the right lower side broke in half. My Bennett still uses it but he can’t go on top since we never had the ramp. I’m not sure if he would have but with no ramp I’ll never know. I never attempted to return or call more than once. I just won’t buy from the company again since I never got a response. I wouldn’t buy this because of the poor quality.

My piggies love the house, however I had to fix it.. we had to screw the ramp onto the house bc when the piggies would run up it would fall out of the house

When I received the hideout it was all broken I had to put together with screws

Cool idea but many pieces came broken
