Fish really like it
I feed a variety of food to my fish (krill, mysis, elos sv.m2 instant ocean marine pellets nori and live algae) - mostly tangs (scopas, yellow, naso, powder blue, hippo) but also have 2 foxface a niger trigger and 2 psuedo chromis. All eat it right up. The reason for 4 stars and not 5 is that even though it clearly states sinking pellets I didnt think they would drop like rocks. You should take caution as this stuff finds its way to the bottom quick so over feeding could be dangerous - especially in smaller or under-filtered systems. The pellets are a little large to mix with other food in my auto feeder so I must hand feed this food. I have been feeding this for more than 6 months with no plans to stop. Actually going to place another order after posting this review.

So-so food for my fancy goldfish
Cobalt Spirulina pellets sink to the bottom quickly, fine for goldfish. However my fancy goldfish - who are voracious eaters of pretty much anything they can fit in their mouths - only pick at it. Odd. The green pellets end up dissolving into the water column after a few minutes, and the fish seem to swim around filter-feeding. The blue pellets stay intact and are eventually eaten. The equivalent volume of Hikari Gold is eaten in 2 minutes, but the Cobalt takes about 10 minutes to be consumed, with much ending up as particles in the water column. It seems to beg for feeding much smaller volumes more frequently. (I feed pellets twice a day, but think this would need to be fed 1/2 portion 4 times a day in order to control particulate dissolution.) It would be nice if the green pellets had a bit more binder to keep them intact longer.Cobalt Spirulina pellets may work better mixed with other food. Using it in an auto-feeder may be slightly problematic as the pellets are not uniform in size.

Sinks Fast and Disolves faster
Fish seem to like it but I would recommend only putting in a little at a time and when your fish have consumed the first bits add more as it sinks fast and dissolves into the water column quickly. Use to NLS pellets that stay together longer, but Spirulina is recommended for my Saulosi Cichlids so trying this out.

Fish like this food. Sink fast.
My fish like grazing at the bottom for these pellets. I sprinkle a little in the pond and the fish have a fun time searching and digging around the bottom for them. They sink fast so they don't end up in my filter. I also like the fact they are full of spirulina and not all corn, wheat germ it other fish products.

Catfish LOVE these
Stays solid, tho the fish gobble em up before they can dissolve. Doesn't seem to cloud H2O.

Wrong item but still okay
Wrong product sent. I ordered the Spirulina 11 oz but received the 11 oz Chichlid Large sinking pellet. I ran out of food and my large koi will eat anything anyways so still used it. Still 5 stars since every Cobalt food is better than everything else I bought and my fish know it.

:::: Good Food - - For Goldfish::::
Goldfish love this stuff . . . sinks rapidly, mild clouding of water if you over feed, should help prevent swim bladder disease.A little bit goes a long way, feed in combo other products.
