Classic and well balanced seasoning for lamb. All you need to add is salt to personal taste. I seasoned lamb breast/ribs and left in the fridge covered for 24 hrs, then baked it low and slow with tightly covered foil and a little water at 325 deg for 1.5 hrs, then 30 min at 275 deg. Delicious.

I was looking for a rub that contained the perfect amount of mint as well as the usual lamb herbs and spices. It did not disappoint. My real test was having my friend from New Zealand try it. He eats a lot of lamb and says this is better than his normally delicious rub!

This is a delicious mix of herbs for seasoning lamb roasts or chops. Onion, mint, garlic, oregano, rosemary, salt, and black pepper. Sprinkle it all over the meat a couple of hours prior to cooking to marinate. A little goes a long way.

Originally tried this spice while visiting the UK. Lamb turned out perfect! When returning to USA I was surprised this product wasn’t in main grocery stores. This is my go to spice for lamb chops. One bottle will last for a couple of months. Happy eating!
