I am not a very strong middle aged woman but I managed to build this bed nearly all by myself in around 3 hours. The instructions aren't fantastic, but can be deciphered with a little common sense. Strictlybedsandbunks were very exact with their delivery time and arrangements and the driver was very helpful. All in all I was pleased with my purchase.
