THESE WORK!
Forget the bad press about these patches. Place on your feet half an hour before bed and feel as the pad slowly warms, helped by your bed sheets and body heat. When the patches are warm they are working. I slept for a straight seven hours then awoke feeling refreshed and alert the next day. Remove the pads and wash the residue (like mild damp) off the bottoms of your feet and you're good to go. My sleep was undisturbed and better and I felt better in the morning. I shall order these again. Also, one thing to remember, the cheaper versions have poor adhesive patches and this means you have to use sellotape or something to keep them on all night. These patches are more expensive, but the stick is much better and they don't move.

Amazing results
I bought this product after seeing it in a local beauty salon - it is definitely cheaper to buy it on Amazon. I must admit it is amazing the difference you see when you have used the product over a number of days - originally the first few nights the patches came off as a dark colour and progressively it got lighter over the next few nights. I perhaps need to try them a little longer to see the full benefits but I definitely had more energy after using them for 2 weeks.

Amazing pick me up
Having used the Bodytox patches for the second time in a year - what still amazes me is that my energy levels and whole body have really improved. I have a lot more energy, my body feels strong and my mind is really clear and focused.The patches really do work and having completed 10 days course last time -I only needed 5 days this time round.Everyone should try Bodytox for a total detox, a great pick me up and see the process work on a daily basis.

Questionable Health Results
Initially found foot patches fiddly and difficult to apply. This was due to the removal of each patch from its cellophane wrapper which required the use of scissors. Then The patch has to be applied to the securing material which has to be peeled back whilst placing the patch in the centre to ensure adequate adhesion to the foot. Frequently the patches did not remain in position. I am doubtful on their health attributes because the patches remained black after every use. I found that that the 'blackness' reduced over the week

I had some from a friend. Then ordered some foot patches sold by Simply Gorgeous Direct on Amerzon I never received them. They where said to have been dispatched, this was on Monday the 28th of October.I have the dispach confirmation here in front of me while printing thisAny idea where they are [email protected]

Detox foot pads
Good service, quick delivery and product lived up to my expectations. Only criticism is that the pads could be slightly bigger for better coverage of each area of the foot. Fairly expensive to use for any long period of time for initial detox but good to use every so often.

There are three zones the patch can be applied to: the heel, the arch or the ball of the foot. Before going to bed remove the outer packaging and place 1-2 Bodytox® Detox Foot Patches horizontally across the sole of each foot, pressing firmly to secure them. For a targeted treatment apply one patch to each foot using the reflexology chart to determine which areas of your body you would like to detox. Apply two patches to each foot for a whole body detox or to test where the body is not naturally removing toxins effectively. If the patches come off with a mixture of stained and clear areas, stained areas indicate where your body is holding toxic material, so you would continue to target this area. Stained Areas = Toxic Build-Up Unstained Areas = Toxic Stable Patches should be left on for between 5 and12 hours normally during sleep time and a new one should be applied next time you go to bed. Depending upon the individual the detox may require 6 to 14 days to achieve maximum results. The question of ‘how long’ depends on users own conditions and lifestyle, however, generally one would stop using the patches when they start to become patchy and lighter in colour as less toxins are extracted. Once you have achieved an optimum level, the patches should be used as a maintenance program for 3 days or longer if required. As a guide we would suggest that you would look at using these patches at least twice a week after the initial primary detoxification program or whenever you’re feeling in need of detoxification.
