There are 2 ways you can use it. You can put it around your end belt loops after figuring out what toghtness you want, or you can use the provided hooks to use it pretty much as a regular elastic belt.I only bought it cause people on tiktok were saying these didn't work. I wanted to test it out myself.Could be very handy if you need to keep your pants button free at all times for On-The-Go piss breaks. Or for whatever other reason you may need your button easily accessible 24/7. Maybe a quickie without having to redo your belt and ultimately taking longer time to get dressed while the elevator is coming to a stop and then somebody seeing you still putting your belt on.Or if you concealed carry in front of your pants. Granted 221btactical pants are specifically made for concealed carry in the front and/or the back of your pants. Honestly this belt and the 221btactical pants work good together.It's actually pretty darn comfortable too one you get it on and setup correctly. Only took me about 5min to figure out how it acrually worked. Considering the instructions for it are terrible.

I am hippy snd it is hard to find pants that do nit gap in the back. If this is your problem too, these belts are your solution! No gapping, very stretchable and adjustable and just plain comfortable to wear! No buckle digging in while driving. I got all the colors and just cannot say enough good things about them :-)

This belt is fully adjustable, as you lose weight, so you can still wear your bigger jeans as you get smaller. The two snap ends connect to your two front belt carrier loops so, no fumbling to undo the belt in the restroom or to undress…also no silly looking “bulge” under your top. Highly recommend this style of belt.

I have always hated wearing a belt. I don't like a buckle showing in front and gouging me when I sit or bend.Due to recent weight loss I am constantly tugging on my jeans. This belt has solved both of these problems for me. I like that I can adjust the length of the belt and that the stretch keeps it comfortable. I was skeptical at first, but now I love it. I recommend!

Love this belt for many reasons. It is adjustable for different styles of pants. I do not have to mess with a buckle or have the bulk of a buckle when i sit dow . It is very comfortable.

My elderly mother can't manage belt buckles. This solves the problem of having to buy bigger or smaller jeans due to gaining/losing weight.The value is great to have 4 different colors. I wish white had been available, though.

Love this belt! Nice light belt clip for using it as a traditional belt, or use the snaps and delete the clip. No bulk in the middle. I had a major surgery and cannot wear a traditional belt, it hurts the old incision. No belt buckle makes this painless to wear for me. Totally love it! Thank you!!!
