First I'd like to say that I do love this cup. I like the size of it. I believe some reviews mentioned that it is small. It is but it is just the right size for me. It keeps my coffee nice and hot for a long period of time. I like that there is no plastic in it, which is what I was looking for in a cup. I had a problem with the lid however. It smelled so chemically that I couldn't use it. It leached the chemical taste into my coffee so it tasted terrible. And yes, I did try the solutions mentioned in another's review. I soaked it in baking soda for a couple days, in vinegar another day, and then also coffee with grounds for two more days. NOTHING took this smell out. So you may be asking yourself why I give this cup 5 stars then if the lid stank to the stars. I gave it 5 stars because the company is fantastic! Right after the first cup was delivered I got an email asking if the cup made it safely. Some delivery drivers were throwing them and damaging them. I also dealt with the company when I emailed them to ask if they had any other ideas for how to get the smell out of the lid. They sent me a new cup, which was unexpected. I was surprised when I received the new cup today, truthfully I thought they were just sending a lid. This new lid smells much better. It has a slight odor but not nearly as bad as the first one. I am confident I can get the smell out completely. Honestly, I would still order again from this company, their customer service is top notch.UPDATE: I LOVE this cup! The slight smell came out of the second lid quickly. It keeps my coffee hot for quite a while. I would definitely recommend. I tell every one of my coffee drinking friends about it!

I looove this cup! Does as promised, the cup stays room temperature while my drink is piping hot. I used it today through my 8 hour shift (I answer calls back to back so I don’t have a lot of time to sip on anything) and it was hot my entire shift (after the 6 hour mark, it wasn’t necessarily piping hot but hot enough). I definitely want to get one in every color now. I also really enjoy the size of the cup, great for travel, school & work. Easy to clean.

The pros of this cup is that it is small and not the typical large bulky travel MUGS when you just want one small cup of coffee. Color aqua is nice, it's light weight, and keeps the coffee fairly warm. The cons are that you smell the silicone lid while drinking. The lid has no lip to it so you have to almost swallow the lid to cover the opening so coffee want spill all over you. For we women it ruins your lipstick , because after one sip your lipstick is smeared all over the lid. Clean-up {if a woman} is extremely hard because you have to scour the lid to remove most of the lipstick. Lastly the lid itself is not a screw on lid, therefore one wrong slip of the fingers and the lid slides right off, and picking the cup up out of a car console cup holder is a challenge. So if I'd known this before I'd never of purchased. Hope this helps when deciding.

looks good but paint comes off with dishwashing and lid is VERY POOR quality, got coffee on my clothes !

The size and shape is perfect!! I really like the 10 oz. instead of the common 12 oz. ones that are out there. I bought a pink one first, and went back and bought this black one for my husband. (may just buy the blue one while it is available) My husband LOVES it. It keeps stuff REALLY hot.. I have to wait awhile to drink it because it stays so hot. Great cup!!!!

I have had this mug for quite some time. The foam bottom has fallen off (I didnt care much for it anyways) and the pain is starting to rub off on the outside of the mug. The inside is not painted. It is a vacuum sealed container similar to how the Yeti cups work. Keeps things super hot, and the outside of the cup remains room temperature. It can get hot near the top where the inside and outside of the cup meet, but only right at the brim. I find this to be a good thing as it somewhat allows you to test the temperature before the fluid is burning you.

Silicon lid isn’t tight. Sometimes I knock it off by accident. Perfect size cup. Keeps coffee HOT

It is as described, the size, the isolation (it keeps the coffee warm until the last sip while you can hold it with your hand without any issue)The smell of the silicone cover: I was able to remove the smell by washing it with sodium bicarbonate. Then marinated it with cold coffee with some extra used coffee powder. Coffee is extraordinary known as a good smell remover. Those who had an issue with the smell and don't want to wait ages until it is gone. Try this. It works!
