Love the taste and effect, but the teabags fall apart.
This tea does not taste like licorice to me, and it is quite delightful. I am not a fan of licorice, in fact I never touch it, but I tried this tea hoping to calm my stomach acid. The effect was noticeable from the very first cup, so I am quite pleased. However, the tea bags fall apart - every time. I will either have to purchase a diffuser if I want to continue with this tea, or try another brand with similar ingredients. Great tasting tea, terrible tea bags. I recommend you try it, if you have stomach acid issues.

Tastes Awful But Works Well as a Laxative
I suffer from occasional heartburn that's so bad it gives me a sinus infection. After eating some chili one night, I woke up with sinus pressure and an upset stomach. I figured this would be ideal conditions to test this acid reflux tea.I brewed it as instructed. I hated the taste. I wouldn't quite call it medicinal, but it's definitely not your normal tea - it's hard to describe but it has a slightly minty but bland taste. I sipped it and almost immediately had to go to the bathroom. So it seems to help if you are constipated. My stomach seemed a little better. So it's OK if you can get past the taste.

If you like licorice you'll enjoy
Licorice is a controversial flavor that I happen to really enjoy, so likewise I really enjoy sipping on this tea. Even without an upset stomach. The balance of flavors results in a naturally quite sweet cup of tea relative to most herbal stuff. As far as for upset stomach/indigestion/heartburn, I wouldn't say i've noticed any dramatic improvements after sipping on this tea with an upset stomach. I never get heartburn so I can't speak to this. That said, it quite enjoyable and soothing when you don't feel well in general. I do find that I especially enjoy this tea if my throat is a little bit dry and scratchy.Non-licorice fan's probably will struggle with this tea -- but that ain't the tea's fault.

The teabags flop
The tea itself is fine but the tea BAGS they use are not good. They leak or tear every single time.
