I’ve been using the RENPHO Smart Scale and Tape for nearly a year now (purchased around February), and it has been very reliable. The scale is consistent and accurate, and I appreciate how well it tracks trends over time instead of just focusing on daily fluctuations. The smart tape is also a useful addition for body measurements and works as expected. RENPHO uses one app for their devices, and the app itself works well. My only wish—more of a general tech preference than a flaw—is the ability to integrate all health devices into a single universal app. That’s not entirely on RENPHO, but improved cross-platform integration would make this even better. Overall, after months of regular use, I can confidently say this is a solid product that delivers on what it promises. Great value for the price and easy to recommend.

Top tier!!! Just get it. You would love that it saves to your phone. You will need another person to take your measurements if you want them accurate

The electronic measuring tape requires a tiny screwdriver not supplied in the box. I have to go and buy a separate one just for this. I almost sent it back just for this reason

I ordered the scale combo with the tape measure. The tape measure had a broken screen. I emailed customer service about the issue in the late afternoon. Had a reply the next day. They wished to have the serial number and my address. Sent that again late afternoon. The following day I got an email saying it would be replaced. The replacement arrived two days later. Spectacular customer service! On to the scale. It is very nice looking, seems to be accurate, and is easy to use. It was easy to set up and sync with the app. In all, very happy with this purchase.

Great customer service. Reached out to them the same time I wrote this review and they responded on the app with a list of possible issues. I contacted them because I wasn't able to step on the scale without the app open and have my information synced to the app. It resolved it as long as I have my phone nearby and open the app when I weigh myself. I learned that at this time you need to have the app open prior to stepping on the scale. Otherwise it's not going to sync the information to the app. You will know it's working correctly because you will see it working on the app as you're stepping on the scale. The app is easy to use, with a lot of information. Instructions are included with the scale. I'm stunned that the scale does so much with quick response from customer service for any questions you may have, directly from the app, compared to other scales that are very expensive with many reviews of customer service not being receptive. The scale seems solidly made and does not tip as you step on and off it. The only reason I gave it four stars versus five is because I have to have my phone nearby and open the app prior to stepping on the scale. If they are able to resolve that issue in the near future, I would change it to five stars. I also purchased the measuring tape which I have synced with the app. I have not used the measuring tape as of this writing. I will come back and update the ease of use afterward. It does seem of very high quality.
