Ever since I changed my pots and pans to nonstick ( and I love them ) I try to find utensils that won’t harm the coating / scratch it . I want to use them as long as possible and so far I am doing a good job . Every once in a while I do need something like a chop stick to grab the food and dining chopsticks are quite small for that purpose . Yes I use these utensils probably most of the time and I find them very useful and fun . Not being an Asian , but a big admirer of the culture , this is my go to utensils . So I ordered when I saw the long ones with a different sized set .8 pairs comes in the package they all have their own plastic packaging . I like the material of them . Some kind of very light wood . They all are perfectly made . Except the longest ones , they are not coated . The big ones have some sort of shiny coating , probably some sort of an oil to protect them from drying out from constant using . No smell whatsoever . I read a review saying that they have an awful smell . Well , not true . Or maybe I am just lucky .If you know how to use chopsticks , they are very easy to use . I am enjoying them . Highly recommend it . And they are very fairly priced . Happy customer here .

This is a great starter set of chopsticks for either people learning how to use them, or people who are traveling and just need a good variety set.

No complaints from me. If you are in the market for some long chopsticks then you should give it a go.

These are longer than I imagined, but still easy to handle, even with small hands. They are solid wood and the wood grain is really pretty - nice and smooth too. Great for eating with or using while cooking. I've used them to flip small or delicate items like shrimp, scallops or mushrooms when cooking. They are individually wrapped as pairs and you get 8 sets. A unique and fun set of chopsticks - would make a great gift!

I've been getting into making more Chinese and Korean cuisine at home and have gotten annoyed with using regular chopsticks to cook because they're too short. Especially when frying, you end up getting popping oil on your hands because the short chopsticks mean being close to the oil. These chopsticks are what you need, they're great. They are very long and make frying so much easier!

These are so nice for cooking with, so I don't burn my hands over steam with my regular sized chopsticks. Like the texture of them, as it gives them a nice grip. So far so good!

I was really excited to get these chopsticks because I was tired of burning my hands using my eating chopsticks for cooking.After several days of looking, I picked these.They have a VERY strong odor and even stronger FLAVOR that is extremely off-putting.The packaging had somewhat of a chemical smell but the chopsticks themselves seem to have natural smell.. like cinnamon bark, clove or something spicy and medicinal.It tastes like spicy bitter medicine that lingers long after they’ve been in your mouth.The quality seems okay..They are pretty smooth.The sizes aren’t very consistent.. each set has one that Is noticeably bigger around which annoys me. They aren’t tapered enough for my liking (the eating sized ones)The longest sets seem to be coated with something and the description claims they’re bare wood.Pros:Look okayLightweightEasy to hold and useGood length, except the shortest ones which are kid chopsticks.CONS:VERY strong smellIrregular sizingAWFUL taste that stings tongueI want to taste my food, not my eating utensilsDo not recommend

Love the variety of sizes, great for pretty much everything. I really like that they aren't lacquered because it gives them a bit of "grip" so they don't slide around in my hands and the food doesn't fall.
