Kindly Reminders ✻Replace insoles every 6 months to promote healthy feet. ✻You need to remove the soles of your shoe to replace with this insole. ✻They are washable, but not machine. Please wash them use spot clean with a mild detergent. ✻Some people need about few days to get used to arch insoles, but it varies from person to person. ✻Heels and dress shoes not suitable for this kind of insoles.
