I have tried so many things to help me sleep, I’m a can’t get my brain to shut off and wake up throughout the night. I’ve tried prescriptions I do not want to feel drugged, so those aren’t for me. I want to be alert when I wake up not groggy. I was not expecting this to work. I only take a dropper full before bed, It doesn’t make me groggy but I fall asleep easier, stay asleep and I wake up rested. It’s on auto-ship for me after a week of use.

Sharing my personal experience. I was doing everything to lose weight, had eliminated a lot from my weekly diet plan, taking supplements, did it all. As soon as I introduced this Ashwagandha to my daily routine with multi-vitamins and minerals, the weight started to come off. It's calming, and even though cortisol level was OK, got my nervous system from exited to passive and in proper place to deal with stressful situations. I have lost 41 lbs. I recommend this product, and I hope that it works as well as it has worked for me.

I took this nightly for a month & definitely noticed benefits in sleep quality & performance in the gym. Taking it during the day made me focused but in a way that wasn't optimal for productivity. Would recommend for sure, & the timing may not matter for all users. Give it a shot!
