I really like the mugs. I know there was some type of quality issue, but it was so minimal that I didn't mind. The lids are kind of odd and sometimes have to open the lids to release the pressure so that the lid has a good seal. Better than that, it's a good lid, it's an overall good mug. I bought about three of the same product for a cricut projects which i've added pictures of. The mugs have held up well, easy to use and they're easy to clean.

These cups have been great for my laser engraving business. They always show up when expected, and quality of the cup is consistent every time. I've been using them for graduation presents.

Perfect! Bought these to use at an all inclusive Mexico. Filled them up daily with tasty beverages and drank from them in and out of the pool. Never leaked and kept our beverages cool. Now am using it for my coffee and it keeps it hot with no leaks.

Worked out better than I was hoping for. Used one mug for the test settings then used up the other 5 mugs with customers engraving requests. I find that the finish on the mugs are tuff but easy to laser engrave, I have a pergear 5.5w laser and my settings are spd 600/mm pwr 75% not sure if this helps anyone. I will be buying more of these mugs in different colors.

I was worried since reviews on so many tumblers were not so great.. But as I opened the box, I was so impressed. All the straws were correct, ewch tumbler was wrapped individually. I opened each one to make sure theres no damages, they are such high quality and the lids are amazing... I have found my new tumbler supplier!

J'ai commandé un 1er lot rouge de 12 pour de la gravure laser. J'ai commandé un 2ème lot rouge de 12 quelques semaines plus tard, les réglages pour la gravure laser ne sont pas les mêmes à appliquer que ceux du 1er lot. Donc l'épaisseur/qualité de la couche de couleur n'est pas la même entre les lots.
