This came very well packaged. It is fairly straightforward and self explanatory to use. The supplied mains charging lead is high quality. I charged it to 100% and used it to run my Topping DAC to listen to music for 2 hours, then left it on standby for 12 hours, then another hour of listening to music, and the powerbank is still reading 100%. By comparison the smaller 28,000 mah powerbank I use would be at around 82-84% It seems well made, a good quality carrying handle and has very useful LED light. I haven't tried the app as everything I want to do can be done directly from the unit itself.

Brilliant product

More than happy with this Jackery 300 plus, bought it to power my CPAP machine while camping and having it plugged in all night with the humidifier attachment, I gave it a full charge before I went and only used just over 50% of the power stored. Would recommend to anyone

Charges the scooter in my car so I don’t need to take it in the house

I am happy with the product charges quickly good quality easy to use and not to heavy , the Bluetooth drops off easily thou so the app is a bit of a waste of time for checking status you may as well just look at the screen on the generator

Battery management system had a problem and the product was returned.
