Perfect for storing homemade yogurt Popsicles. I found these through searching Amazon for the correct size which is fairly difficult because you need the bag length for a proper seal. I wouldn't call these heavy duty but more of a standard duty bag I can seal 3 at a time using a standard vacuum sealer and this eliminates freezer burn. Definitely will purchase again.
