I ordered 3 packs of 3 but one of the packs only had I ball of wool in it,I have tried and tried to sort this to no avail so now not pleased with this product, could return the whole lot and get refund but need what I have

This is advertised as chunky wool and is super thick chunky. Really sad I’m left with it now due to all the post office hassle.
