Kitchen Craft Sausage/Frankfurter Maker (Fits No.8 Food Mincer)

I'm afraid I only gave it 3 stars een though it was of excellent quality. I'd even considered 2 stars because when grinding meat I found the cutter seemed to clog easily and when using the coarse disc meat was forced back along the screw making it into a fine paste instead or course mince. Had to buy a Moulinex to overcome that. A similar problem exists when stuffing sausages and my Christmas ones ended much finer than I was wanting.

Although the product is of good quality and I am happy with the tubes and funnel, this particular set did not actually include a blade as pictured or described. The Seller promptly rectified it's error and took the item from sale. But if the seller re-instates the item please make sure you will recieve a blade before paying this amount as the seller actually sells another set for cheaper without the blade.

Started making sausages as a hobby and only had one filling nozzle. This set with three sizes covers the range of sausages I'm interested in. (for the time being anyway)
