Ibarra branded hot chocolate is in my opinion much better and is readily available in most of the stores I shop. Purchased this product on my barbers recommendation.

Quality of the product was extremely poor
When received the product it was melted and soggy, which is not what I expected. Previous orders were good, so u don’t know what happened with this order. When I tried to get a replacement, or my money back, the message I received in Amazon app was that this item was not eligible for return or replacement. What a rip-off.
