Great meditation chair
Due to certain back issues I am no longer able to sit cross legged. Kneeling is often a problem too because the seat part for most kneeling benches and chairs is usually too narrow causing the thighs to get no support and/or the cushioning is too bare. Enter this little gem! Very light weight, easy to transport, excellent cushioning that looks as if it will last; a spacious seat of 13" so your thighs can get some support. It's also cushioned in a way that it kind of domes a bit in the center, which means you can easily obtain a healthy tilt in the lower back by having the thighs ever so slightly tip downward towards the edge of the chair. AND it's attractive to boot! I've been able to sit in meditation for a full 30 minutes for the first time in years and never once experienced any pain. This has been a life changer for me.

Worth the money
I love it, it fits in my table case along with my table. It’s super easy to unfold and sturdy for the price. It coincidentally matches my table. I highly recommend this for any therapist. I travel to my clients so it is convenient for me for cranial work.

Great for guitar playing
This stool is very comfortable and sturdy ( I am a 210 lb male). I use it for guitar practice, but I guess it could be used on gigs as well.Grat value!

Does not lock into position
This stool is light and comfortable BUT if you will be moving it around, every time you lift it - it will start to fold. No way to lock it open. A bit to much fussing for me as I move it around a client.

Comfortable/Sturdy seat for LMT's
Sturdy and comfortable. Good for LMT's. Seat is great and comfortable during practice. Easy portability. Is on the average to lower side height wise (which is preference)

Using as a performance chair while playing guitar or violin!
I'm not a masseuse, but am using this as a performance chair I can take on the road, because it folds for storage and is so comfy! I end up sitting quite awhile sometimes at music jams, and this beats my hard metal folding chair! My derriere is happy!
