Castellino Mixed Grilled Vegetables 10oz Jar (6 Pack)

I love this product, but it has a shelf life of about one year. The order I received was from a 5 year old production batch.Tried to return it immediately, but Amazon apparently blocks all food returns by default. I appealed to Customer Service and sent in pictures of the jars and box with the 2017 production code.Never even heard back. Lost $60 plus the time wasted with CS. Caveat emptor I suppose.

Simply wonderful and wonderfully simple! Be sure and save the packing oil for use in pasta or rice dishes.
