Good Quality for the Price
I am always looking for a drinkable budget brew, these beans do the trick. I brew using an areopress. I do not know how well this brand withstands other brewing methods. If you brew with a drip it might be a tad bit bitter. But for a french press, pour over, or aeropress it makes a good cup.

Pretty good flavor, great value.
Flavor is fine. Price is great considering that it is organic. I paid $13 for 24 ounces which is quite a deal. If you use a lot of milk with your coffee, it certainly is good enough.

It is DELICIOUS!!
I LOVE THIS COFFEE!!I drink coffee every day and being an Italian/American, I am very snooty about my coffee!I was not at all disappointed once and I've torn through all 24 ounces. The flavor is perfect, and it brews nicely in my Chemex pot.I love me some light roast and this one really brings da Flava!!Get you some today, but you do need to grind it yourself!!Peter

Love this coffee!
Thus far, aside from Ruta Maya's medium roast, this is my favorite coffee. It has a good flavor and is very smooth without being bitter or too bold which is my exact preference of taste. If you want a smooth flavor, this is definitely your coffee, in general, I find Mexican coffee beans are the best with having that nice smoothness with a good coffee flavor/taste.

The worst of the worst
Having read a few of the other reviews on this product, I must assume that either I received an inferior batch, or the vast majority of people are easily satisfied with what is, apparently, scraped off the floor and shoveled unceremoniously into a clear, plastic bag. Roasted beyond recognition, nearly every bean was burnt and the majority of the beans were so desiccated that they were just broken, bitter pieces of what might have been a coffee bean at some point in its history. The smell upon opening this travesty was exactly what one would expect, based upon their appearance — bitter, acrid and burnt tannins, with no remaining oils or… you know — agreeable flavors. Although I regularly blend several different sources and roasts to get my final product — there was nothing to be done with this garbage but to put it in the garbage, as it not only damaged, but utterly ruined each of three attempts to blend it with something useful. I cannot imagine how anyone could stay in business selling such dross, so it is possible that I received an inferior or problematic batch, but my recommendation is: if you enjoy coffee, Buy at your own risk. If you’re a masochistic soul who has lost all sense of smell and taste due to long covid — you can make a browish, acrid suspension with it, but I would still be cautious with your plumbing. A travesty all around, -2/10, would not recommend for anything, not even compost.

Better than peruvian andes gold
Still not impressed with this company's coffee beans. Would not recommend. Not quality beans 💯💯💯 bitter when brewed strongly... which good coffee is NOT, to be clear. What I'm brewing right now tastes like drinking a huge cup of dark chocolate, no cacao needed. Ordered elsewhere.

It's coffee
A nice flavor to it, no bite you get from strong coffee.
