Easy to assemble, instructions would have been nice, but not needed
Installed it and it works perfectly. I had to look at the video on the Amazon page to see just how to install the arm, but once I viewed it once it was fine. Does not come with written instructions, but just view the video.

For those confused..great product
I almost did not buy this because of the reviews regarding hardware. There are no instructions, so please see the pics to assemble. This has all the hardware it needs and even concrete anchors.. Very good quality, appears powder coated, and has cool blue anodized wingnuts.

Good product, one possible issue
The mount is sturdy and works well, BUT, it's designed for an area where the facia is flat ... meaning perfectly perpendicular with the ground. In my case, the fascia boards slant inward toward the house at an angle, and there is not enough play in the mounting bracket to get the riser pole to be straight up. I had to add another piece of wood at the bottom to make the bracket semi-flat, and use big wood screws to hold it all together.

Poor quality product
The product is very cheaply made. When attempting to HAND thread the screw, the hole broke off. After welding the piece back on, we looked and saw we were missing one of the longer screws. We literally just opened it today. We live in a rural town 250 miles from the nearest UPS town, so this was just wasted time, effort, and money for us. Very very disappointed and wish we could get our money back

It holds but tightening bracket is poor quality
I only used one part of the pole but started to use both, attachment bracket popped off with hand tightening.

The order is incomplete
The media could not be loaded. Only three parts of the Starlink post were delivered. The fixing bolts pictured in the advert were missing

This is sadly junk
Well it's a bag of nuts and bolts that don't fit together, with no instructions.There is literally a square pin, with a round hole.
