I have been taking magnesium for several years, but have recently learned that magnesium glycinate is more gentle on the stomach than other formulations. I have found Nutravita's wide range to be both excellent value and very effective, so was looking forward to sampling their newest addition and it didn't disappoint!You get an excellent amount for a low price, they are easy to swallow (although the capsules are relatively large, they are easier than tablets to swallow) and applicable to a wide range of ailments, as well as maintaining general health. The fact they are gentle on the stomach is a bonus! Furthermore, Nutravita's customer service are second to none and very gracious and helpful. I look forward to purchasing more supplements from this brand.
