Holds more than you'd think, functional
Simple, straightforward, no fuss. The only bottle that didn't fit in the elastic straps right was my big OTC bottle of magnesium, so I just transferred it to a large empty pill bottle I had and moved the label. It would have fit if the bottles directly below it were a tad smaller. Photos show just how much you can fit in this case, and it's about the size of a padded insulated lunch box (the size you'd use for a 6-pack of cans). The mesh pouches work perfect for my syringes, weekly pill organizer or two, and alcohol prep pads. The adjustable dividers lend some vertical stability to the otherwise limp case, while allowing a customized fit for various size boxes and bottles. I can fit all of my usual daily/weekly meds and supplements in the top (10 in all), and my various refills, as needed meds, extra syringes and prep pads, etc in the bottom. I was hoping there would be room for my TENs unit and BP monitor, but I'll just get a different case to store those in. All in all, seems worth the $20-ish for a secure way to store and carry my meds, next time I'm in the hospital I can just have my family grab the bag instead of tossing everything into a grocery sack! Both levels can be secured with a luggage lock when I go visit my grandson or elsewhere with small children, so that's a bonus.

Great Roomy Organizer
The Mancro Dual Layers Medicine Organizer Bag, Pill Bottle Organizer Storage with Lockable Zipper is such a great product. My medicine was in a zip lock bag! This keeps everything organized and separated. I wish I had known about it sooner. There is room for my eye drops and tens machine. Works great for me!

Handy medicine tote to organize and travel with as well.
This is large and convenient. It does however not come with medicine plastic case in the top, which I thought it did based on the picture, not the description. So I bought one in it fits in the slot perfectly, and it is very easy to organize my meds now, and they're not out on a table. Easy to travel with and easy to use at home.

Strong and useful
I love the small pocket so I’m able to put my quick pills in a separate pocket making them easier to find. It’s a very strong container so I can carry it to doctors visits with me so I’m able to share all my meds and vitamins with them, the bright red color makes it stand out in my closet so I’m able to find it quickly easy to clean up too very good price

Just what i needed
Great for storing meds, day by day dosages, and any other medically related things. I had a smaller lock box that was over crowded and a pain, now, i can fill my day by days, tuck the meds away, and all is well.Very well made, light, and roomy, i can see this being used for a lot of things.
