I work in public education and have been taking an astragalus supplement for many years. While I can’t claim that I never get sick, I have gotten through entire school years without catching any of the germs being passed around. Seriously. Of course I have no idea if this supplement was a factor or not, but I was also a Covid “super dodger” and didn’t get “the Rona” until my first and only infection in January 2024; I also had been traveling and didn’t mask on the plane/at airports (I won’t make that mistake again). This is a newer brand for me and I have been really pleased with both the quality and efficacy. This is a gold star staple in my daily routine, an excellent supplement for supporting your immune system that genuinely works.

It's that time of year when I start changing from the warm weather supplements to the cold weather supplements, and this came on the market just in time. I think the best thing about it is that the capsules are big. I know some people don't like large capsules, but I only have to take one of these compared to the two I was taking with the previous brand. No smell or bad taste with this item either. Those things are important as I decide who I'm going to use to provide the items in my ever growing supplement list. Purely Holistic is always had great quality and this item was no exception. Hoping it will help me get through the winter.

Astragalus is a key item in stack take of supplements. 1 capsule for 5,000mg equivalent is nice. Other brands would need to take 3 or so capsules. So if want 10,000mg equiv., is just two daily. 8 plus month supply or 4 plus supply in one bottle is very nice. "value true true, quality seems to be a tradition for Purely Holistic"

Clear and concise description on the packaging. They spell everything out and don't hide what all the specific ingredients are. I'm not a breakfast person but taking it with a glass of water is working fine. I will continue to order from them.Added - I've been taking it regularly for a couple weeks now and every is going great. No issues. Hay fever hasn't been as bad and allergies in general seem to be better for this time of year.

This product has been great for immunity, even though it's lesser known than vitamin C, echinacea and others. I take two a day. I'm glad to have found a good brand in capsule form because I've tried other forms (powder) and I can't take the taste. It's a good value too for what you get. Recommended!
