I like the feel of this massager. vibrations are good and does everything it should. arrived well packaged.

Product can not hold a charge. Used for less than 2 minutes and it died. Have to keep charging. Doesn’t allow a complete massage for one charge. Wasn’t able to return product due to policy but would refund the money even though this product does not work.

Some "sore muscles" prefer a high pitch vibration with variable speeds and others a lower pitch vibration with variable speed. Both can still vibrate at the same speeds but the sound/feel of the vibration is high or low depending on the item. Think of it as a snare drum and bass drum. You can tap both with a drumstick at the same rate but the snare drum is at a higher vibration pitch and the bass drum is a lower vibration pitch. So, this massager "taps that" "sore muscle" at a higher vibration pitch. If you prefer a snare drum over a bass drum then this is for you.It has multiple speed and pattern variations. You can just press and hold the button to turn it off if you missed your favorite pattern while scrolling through the options and when you turn it back on it starts at the beginning option again. That way you don't have to frantically press the button over and over through the entire series of options to get back to the beginning. It turns off after you do go through the entire series.Very soft outside with a flexible top so you don't press too hard on the "sore muscles". It is gentle enough and actually feels great on the masseter jaw muscle in front of your ear and the mastoid process on the back low sides of your skull. Great versatility, easy to use and a much better price than others. This might provide the "relief" you need.

Item is pricey but there are limited items out there for TMJ spasm relief so decided to take a chance and buy to use along with other alternative treatments. Charges up fast, nice soft texture, small but fits comfortably into different jaw positions. Negative is vibrations for me with a small jaw line even on lowest setting are too harsh, noisy and uncomfortable to use longer than a minute at a time, so I used a light cloth to put between skin and massager. You shouldn't have to do this. I guess I will keep for other aches and pains.

Very helpful in relaxing the jaw muscles which lessens the annoying TMJ jaw clicking. It’s odd holding it while using it which makes me think it might have a different intended use if you get my drift…

Worked great for about 4 months. Then it slowly lost its ability to charge. Bought a second one. Not the cord. Nope. The unit itself. Should last longer than 5 months.

I am usually leery of buying these products because they promise much & deliver little. This one was a pleasant surprise. I like the varying speeds & vibrating motions. They actually remove the pain and contribute to a nice feeling of relaxation.
