This wasn't what I was hoping for, so hard you can not squeeze it to fit in the mouth. I have problems with swelling when I bite my cheek, and then I keep biting. OUCH!!!!!!

We’ve been using these to make the most out of our Impressive Smile Dental Hygiene kit we have (which I also really recommend) and these retractors make cleaning our teeth so much easier and effective.

These are great for me to help get a really good clean. At first they were a little uncomfortable (expected) but they have some give so I can close my mouth a bit and it helps.
