Gorgeous pan! And perfectly sized for 3-4 chicken cutlets, or schnitzel, or fish, or one-pot dishes,... So nice to not have a long pan handle sticking out on the stove. Fits easily in the sink for soaking and cleanup. The perfect size and shape everyday pan. Wonderful ergonomic handles. And did I mention the gorgeous blue enamel? Lovely pan matches my other Le Creuset pots and bowls.

Where has this been all my life!? I already had a nice set of non-stick cookware but received this for Christmas. Let me start by saying my food is decent, editable but nothing amazing. After cooking with this...my eggs magically aren't burnt, and every meal I make tastes like it came from a restaurant! The color is amazing, cleaning is a breeze and it looks beautiful on my range. Yes it's pricy but so so worth it. Just buy it, you won't regret it!

I couldn't be happier with my recent purchase of the Le Creuset Signature Cast Iron Everyday Pan, 11", (Color - Marseille). This pan has quickly become my go-to for all my everyday cooking needs. With its versatile design, the pan makes everything from roasting to sauteing a breeze. I especially love the pan's Black Satin Enamel interior, specially formulated for optimal cooking performance. Not only does it resist dulling, staining, chipping, and cracking, but it also makes cleaning and maintenance a breeze. What's more, this pan is perfect for a wide range of dishes, from simple one-pan meals to elaborate sauces and casseroles. I ordered it because it is so versatile and light for cast iron. Easy to clean. Easy to work with. I use it daily for most everything. Very satisified.

The aesthetics of this pan cannot be overstated. Of the many LC pieces I have this is the one that lives on the cooktop. It is the new kitchen workhorse and a pleasure to look at. Like others I added this to a collection of LC cookware. I already had a 12” skillet, a 30 cm braiser (3 1/2 qts) and a 26 cm braiser (2 qts). Why buy another?This pan has the dark enamel interior of the skillet and the capacity of the 30 cm braiser. The dark interior browns foods very well, it seems less sticky to me than the traditional LC light enamel interior at higher temps. The big difference between this pan and the braisers is that this one has slightly taller, straight sides. This somehow makes it fit better on a stovetop and easier to use. It is extremely well-sized for ‘Serves 4’ recipes, and any recipe calling for a 12” non-stick skillet works well too. It will also fill the role of a 9” x 13” casserole dish.The absence of a lid was not a problem to me. I got a 28 cm LC loop-handled lid from a European vendor, the same as I have for my other LC pieces. The only LC piece I know of that ships with a glass lid is their wok. Including an iron lid would significantly increase the price. However, it’s worth thinking about, as many ‘Serves 4’ recipes you might want to make in this require a cover (lid) at some point. I had to wait until my lid arrived to make those!

I have a significant number of Le Creuset pots/pans with white ceramic coating. After years of use, no sticking whatsoever. This pan $188 white black ceramic coating pan sticks and remains stained even after washing with Dawn. I thought that perhaps a nonstick patina would develop, but no. I would return it but that ship has sailed.
